After selecting a specific AI document type, you can use Smart Import:
With this function, depending on the document type, you can have various data points automatically extracted from your files by the Inhubber AI and stored as master data for the documents.
Click the “Next” button, add a file in the upload area, and then click “Import” — just like with the Basic Import.
You will need to wait between 30 seconds and 2 minutes for the AI to analyze the file, depending on its size. A pink-purple circle to the left of the document name indicates that the results are ready.
