In Draft status, when the document has been created as a QES document, files can only be added or deleted with the file type E-signature.
An already attached file can either be deleted or downloaded. Changing the file type is not possible.
In any other status of a QES document, the file can only be downloaded. Deleting or changing it is not possible:
